Creating NEBourhoods Together

For two years, we created places for planting, harvesting, lingering and eating together as part of the NEB-Action ‘Growing a Tasty Neuperlach’. Together with the neighbourhood, we have set out on the path to an edible neighbourhood. In the process, seven urban gardens have been created, a mobile kitchen has been built that is available to the neighbourhood, and garden modules with many functions have been developed.
We invite you to a workshop to find out how Neuperlach has set out on the path to becoming an edible city and how you can get involved locally.

What can you expect?

• Introduction to the new Neuperlach garden initiatives and opportunities to get involved
• Input from gardening experts from Green City and Urban Gardens Munich on how to sustain urban gardens
• Contributions from the Munich Food Policy Council on sustainable nutrition and out-of-home catering
• Presentation of the possibilities for using the mobile kitchen and tasting a delicious NBouffant recipe
• Insight into a possible new project: the creation of a roof garden

There will be a bite to eat from the NEBourhoods mobile kitchen.
